	Varun Moré With expertise in structural materials, product development, and technical management, Varun leads the technical strategy and solution development at MatDesk. His approach combines scientific rigor with practical design thinking — ensuring that every solution is not only theoretically sound but industrially viable. Under his leadership, MatDesk aims to evolve into a globally recognized engineering and materials innovation firm.
	Atul Gurav   Atul is a specialist in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and simulation-driven engineering. With experience at a leading global automotive company, he has delivered complex structural validation, durability assessment, and optimization programs for high-performance mechanical systems. At MatDesk, he leads simulation strategy and structural intelligence — enabling precision-driven design decisions across advanced product platforms.
	Siddhesh Patade   Siddhesh is a product designer specializing in the development of bespoke, high-performance products across industrial, consumer, and medical device sectors. His work integrates functional engineering precision with refined design thinking — delivering solutions that are technically robust, commercially viable, and user-centred. With extensive experience designing for industrial firms, global consumer brands, and regulated medical device environments, Siddhesh brings a cross-sector perspective to complex product challenges. His expertise spans concept architecture, ergonomic development, manufacturability optimization, and production-ready detailing.
